	To submit your file  you must agree following rules: 1. Search carefully before submit if the article is not exist. 2. Choose correct category of article 3. Not allow any adverising link/text files in the zip/rar file 4. Not allow password protect zip/rar file 5. Not allow preview picture with watermark link 6. Maximum image width is 550px. Users should upload image at tinypic.com or our server. 7. Your news have to include RapidShare or Hotfile link. 8. Post content must be like the main format To break any rules, your post will be delete immediately. To break the rules again, your account will be locked and all your old articles will be deleted Thanks!
